Distance from Pattaya: The course is located 45 minutes south-east of Pattaya by car. If you are familiar with routes in the Eastern Seaboard you may find some shortcuts to get there. If not, the simplest way is to follow Sukhumvit road (route no 3) in the south direction outside Pattaya until you cross the town of Banchang. Just outside the city you find the Emerald Golf on your left.

Comments

Despite Emerald Golf does not have the same brightness as other big names on the Eastern Seaboard it is one of the most attractive for a golfer. Just outside of Banchang in Rayong province you will find a course with undulated fairways surrounded by hills. If you keep always the straight line you can play your handicap but be careful out of the line a lot of troubles may occur.
This par 72 course is 6628 yards from the champ tee, 6024 yards from the white tee and 4937 from the red tee.
